We’re excited to announce that registration for the 2026-2027 Seahawks Youth Hockey Tryouts is officially underway! Seahawks Hockey Club is proud to host tryouts for all age groups as we prepare for another exciting season of competitive youth hockey. As Cape Cod’s premier youth hockey organization, we’re committed to developing strong skaters, confident players, and great teammates in a positive, supportive environment.

The Seahawks Hockey Club is Cape Cod's premier youth hockey organization, based in Hyannis, MA. We serve players from across the Cape, Islands, Plymouth, and surrounding areas, focusing on developing skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while helping kids reach their hockey goals.

We welcome players ages 6 and up who have completed a development program and demonstrate strong skating skills. All players must attend a tryout to be considered for placement on one of our youth hockey teams.

For players new to hockey, especially those ages 4–8, we strongly recommend our Development Program. No tryout is required, and the program focuses on building strong fundamentals and confidence before advancing to competitive team play.

The season runs from September to March, with playoffs at the end. Tryouts for the following season typically take place in March.

Practices and home games are primarily held at the Hyannis Youth and Community Center, with some games at Tony Kent Arena in Dennis, MA. Away games take place throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

Tuition: $3,995

Tuition Includes: Full Season E9/BHL League schedule including Parity, (3) hours practice per week, (1) pair practice socks, (1) practice jersey, (10) ½ ice summer pre-parity practice sessions, and team participation in (1) home Tournament.

*Please note that families are responsible for purchasing game jerseys and game socks (both home and away) through the Seahawks program, as well as any additional equipment or apparel required by the team coach.

Discounts: (1) 10% discount for each additional player from same family paying full tuition (excludes development, ½ season teams, and Tandem Goaltenders). Discount will be applied AFTER registration.

Deposit: $1,000 is due at time of execution of the contract, once the contract is executed this is non-refundable. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

If not paid in full the remaining balance of $2,995.00 is to be paid in 5 equal payments of $599.00 on April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15, and August 15 of 2025. Payments will be automatically run using the Credit Card you provide on the dates noted above.

Tuition: $ 2,350

Tuition Includes: Full Season E9/BHL League schedule including Parity, (3) hours practice per week, (1) pair practice socks, (1) practice jersey, (10) ½ ice summer pre-parity practice sessions, and team participation in (1) Home Tournament.

*Please note that families are responsible for purchasing game jerseys and game socks (both home and away) through the Seahawks program, as well as any additional equipment or apparel required by the team coach.

Each goalie is guaranteed 5 starts of the game, and the coaching staff has the right to make the best decision for the group success. These guarantees do not include parity and playoffs. 

Deposit: $1,000 is due at time of execution of the contract, once the contract is executed this is non-refundable. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

If not paid in full the remaining balance ($1,350) to be paid in 5 equal payments of $270.00 on April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15, August 15 of 2025. Payments will be automatically run using the Credit Card on file on dates noted above.

If tuition is not fully received within 30 days of August 15th the player will not be allowed to participate in any on ice activities until payment balance is paid in full. 

Tuition: $ 2,300

Tuition Includes: Half Season E9/BHL League schedule including Parity, (2) hours practice per week, (1) pair practice socks, (1) practice jersey.

*Please note that families are responsible for purchasing game jerseys and game socks (both home and away) through the Seahawks program, as well as any additional equipment or apparel required by the team coach.

Deposit: $1,000 is due at time of execution of the contract, once the contract is executed this is non-refundable. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

If not paid in full the remaining balance of $1,300.00 is to be paid in 5 equal payments of $260.00 on April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15, and August 15 of 2025. Payments will be automatically run using the Credit Card you provide on the dates noted above.

If tuition is not fully received within 30 days of August 15th the player will not be allowed to participate in any on ice activities until balance is paid in full. 



Tuition: $ 1,400

Tuition Includes: Half Season E9/BHL League schedule including Parity, (2) hours practice per week, (1) pair practice socks, (1) practice jersey.

*Please note that families are responsible for purchasing game jerseys and game socks (both home and away) through the Seahawks program, as well as any additional equipment or apparel required by the team coach.

Deposit: $1,000 is due at time of execution of the contract, once the contract is executed this is non-refundable. Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

If not paid in full the remaining balance of $400.00 is to be paid on April 15 of 2025. Payment will be automatically run using the Credit Card you provide on the date noted above.

If tuition is not fully received within 30 days of August 15th the player will not be allowed to participate in any on ice activities until balance is paid in full. 



Do I need a USA Hockey Number?

Yes, Each player is required to have a current USA Hockey number in order to participate and be rostered for the season. This information will be gathered closer to the season start.

Do I have to Tryout for the Seahawks?

All players within our Youth Hockey program are required to tryout for their prospective teams prior to the season and parity. Tryouts are typically held in early March and are announced in January.
